Policies
Two night minimum stay may be required during special events.
All houses are non-smoking.
Half of the deposit is required at booking. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel, your deposit will be refunded if we can rebook the house. If not, the deposit is non-refundable.
We accept checks. Credit cards are accepted at a 3% surcharge.
Adult supervision is required for occupants 18 years of age or younger.

Discount available for pastors, missionaries and ministry workers depending on availability, as well as multinight discounts.
